greenolic's beef comes from a a small farm where cattle are fed on local grains, clover, corn and other plants already grown in the farm. The whole farm is 100% chemical-free and the animals are not given vaccines or antibiotics. The cows are partially free range where they are allowed to spend a lot of time in the day sun. 

This is for sure one of the cleanest and healthiest sources of local beef. 

All our meat is delivered vacuum packed.. a very hygienic way to store meat even in your fridge. It lengthens the shelf life and protects it from cross contamination and freezer burns.
